BOOTH AVAILABILITY:
MOVE-IN - Move-in and set-up is scheduled for Friday November 1st  from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. at St Andrews Banquet Hall the address is 626 Market St. Pleasanton, Texas 78064

DISMANTLING - Exhibitors may begin to dismantle their booths after the official close of the show at 6 p.m. on Saturday November 2nd. Please remember that your exhibit must be removed from St. Andrews Banquet Hall that night.  If necessary, arrangements can be made to extend removal.

OPITIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR BOOTH - In your exhibitor's kit you will find information about decorating services available.  Your kit also contains information from Pool Electric and Southwestern Bell.  This information is for optional equipment and services.

FINAL PAYMENT:  All exhibit space must be paid in full prior to the opening of the show.  If your circumstances require special arrangements, please contact Jane Loos at 830-569-2129.

DOOR PRIZES: There will be door prizes given away during the day and all participants are asked to donate.  The door prizes can be donated at check in.
