Invitation to Attend
We will be providing an atmosphere unlike any we have encountered at the many shows we have attended. Our
concept is to merge the popular aspects of a Convention, Trade Show, and a Product Launch all in one show. Exciting? We want our guests to have an opportunity to learn why your products
are premier and how to utilize them to their specific needs, and/or introduce them to new ideas. In essence we want to provide you the opportunity to expose your products to a wide variety of consumers in a
show and tell atmosphere. The booth format we will use in the main hall will be designed to allow for a captive audience so you may be able to give a demonstration or presentation at your booth throughout
the day. We encourage you to utilize the booth space to seat or stand your audience allowing for as much interaction with you and your products as you would like.
Standard booth size is 15' X 16' and can be adjusted to fit your needs. There are 2 additional conference rooms that are available for keynote presentations throughout the day.
Please contact us for the times you would like and the topics you are interested in speaking on. We would like for your company to be one of our keynote speakers. Please contact us
in reserving your presentation time and the topics you would like to address. |
The expected turn out for this event will be around seven to eight hundred, not counting vender participants, as this
will be maximum capacity. We will be attending all the different chamber meetings (San Antonio, Pleasanton, Devine, Floresville), and announcing the upcoming computer
expo, and we will be sending personal invitations to the business community from a variety of townships including San Antonio and also many State, City, and Region 20 IT Personnel. We will be
promoting this event to also include the general public as well. We will utilize a cooperative media campaign including newspapers, radio stations, billboards, and other standard
venues. We have invited the businesses of San Antonio and the surrounding areas and there should be quite a few business people as well as the public interested in new software, hardware,
networking and how it can benefit them at work and in the home. |
